Just the other day I went to play a song from the Youtube app (nursery songs for the kiddo) via bluetooth and the audio won't work. When I turn up the volume the MMI screen says audio unavailable. As Gman wrote, push up on the radio and map buttons, hold, and push the circular control, all at the same time. It only takes a quick push, no need to hold the circular control down. The MMI system will reset. I've been having to do this in my S4 to get my sub woofer to come on, because the sub randomly won't come on intermittently. .
